Honest Advice
Should I repair or replace?
As a rule: if a boiler is under 8 years old and the repair is under £300, repairing usually makes sense. If it's over 12 years old, replacement is typically more cost-effective over a 3-year horizon. SK will always give an honest assessment.
What about 2035?
New gas boiler installations are currently permitted until 2035. SK will always advise honestly about whether a heat pump is a better long-term option for your home. There is no pressure either way.
