Terms and Conditions

1. Company details

SK Renewables and Heating Ltd. Company No. 14607551. Registered in England and Wales. Based in Washington, Tyne and Wear.

2. Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of survey. Any variations discovered during installation that affect the scope of work will be notified and agreed in writing before work proceeds.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in the individual quote. A deposit may be required to secure an installation date. The final balance is due on completion of the installation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a confirmed booking with at least 5 working days' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 5 working days' notice may be subject to a charge to cover materials ordered. Your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.

5. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranty applies to all equipment supplied and installed by SK
• SK's workmanship guarantee is 12 months from the date of installation
• Warranty is void if the system is modified or serviced by an unqualified third party

6. MCS obligations

Where MCS certification applies, SK complies with all MCS standards and will provide the required documentation. The customer is responsible for meeting any conditions required for grant eligibility, including EPC requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

SK's liability is limited to the value of the contract. SK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
